• Calculate how many refreshments are needed.
• Deliver to the party site in the WET area of Waco.
• Deliver and set up frozen drink machines
• Ice down products to be chilled (beer, wine, etc.)
• Furnish tubs and or ice chests.

Things to have in mind when calling us for a party planning:

1. Type of party/event...for example, birthday, wedding, casual, formal, etc.
2. How many guests are expected?
3. How long will the event last?
4. Will there be food?
5. Types of liquor you want to serve...such as a full bar, frozen drinks, beer (package or keg), wine, etc.
6. Do you need mixers?
7. Do you need ice or your products iced down?
